He was also the Group President & CEO of SkyVision, which he took from the start-up stage to an international company serving over 50 countries worldwide. Mark has held additional pivotal roles in leading companies.
Professor Averbuch is a world renowned expert in applied and computational harmonic analysis, Big Data processing and analysis, wavelets, signal/image processing and scientific computing. At the Tel Aviv University, Prof. Averbuch has supervised fourteen post-doctoral researchers, as well as more than 30 PhD students and hundreds of MSc students. Prior to joining ThetaRay, Prof. Averbuch was Research Staff Member with IBM’s TJ Watson Research Center in New York.

Prior to joining ThetaRay, Barak worked at the assurance business line of Ernst & Young Israel, with many high tech companies in the Big Data, internet and communications industries. Prior to his work in Ernst & Young, Barak served as a management consultant at Mashik, an Israeli management consultancy firm associated with AT Kearny. Barak is a certified CPA, and holds an MBA and BA in Accounting and economics (Cum Laude), from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Product Officer
With over 20 years of experience in banking and banking technology, Dagan joined ThetaRay as Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining ThetaRay, Dagan worked for 15 years at Fundtech, which became Finastra Payments business where he held positions as Global Head of Product Management, VP Head of Product Strategy and VP Product Management. Dagan was in charge of product management, and managed a group of product managers responsible for the payments product strategy and roadmap across all regions. Dagan also worked as Operation Team Leader and Business Analyst at Citi for over five years. Dagan holds an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya and a BA in Finance from the College of Management.

An accomplished fintech executive and global sales leader with extensive experience building world-class and high performing revenue organization that achieve hyper-growth. Peter brings two decades of experience selling enterprise software into financial institutions, fintechs, and global corporations and is responsible for end-to- end accountability for ThetaRay’s revenue organization. Prior to joining ThetaRay, Peter started his career at HSBC before holding senior sales leadership positions at Earnix, Fundtech, Reval, and Thomson Financial. Peter is a regular contributor to the industry dialogue as a well-respected thought leader. He holds a law degree from London Guildhall University.

An experienced entrepreneurial senior executive with a long standing and diverse sales record, Shay’s career includes large scale commercial management, strategic partnerships development, direct sales, Projects management and system engineering experience. Having held senior positions with companies such as Verint Systems and I8, Shay possesses deep knowledge in Cyber Security, Big Data Analytics, SIGINT/COMINT Intelligence systems, Homeland Security (HLS), and Safe Cities. Shay holds a BA/SA, System Analysis and Business Management from the IDC, and an MBA, IT and Business Management from the Bar Ilan University.

Moran recently joined ThetaRay as SVP Human Resources, where she is responsible for establishing company policies and preserving the ThetaRay culture. Moran has vast experience in the field of Human Resources, and her previous positions include VP Human Resources, Director, and Manager of Como. She also worked at Partner Communications Company and Adam Milo as a recruiter. Moran holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Haifa, and an MBA in business administration from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
A technical and result-oriented software development leader with 20 years of experience, out of which over 13 years of diverse leadership experience in global and startup companies. Prior to joining ThetaRay, Asaf worked as CTO & Co-founder of Workcify, a SaaS Enterprise Software Startup. Asaf also held the position of Senior Director of R&D and site manager of Skyfence/Imperva/Forcepoint, a cybersecurity Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) startup that was acquired by Imperva and Forcepoint.
